Abstract

This article aims to determine the effect of online games on student achievement at the truggle Tasikmalaya University. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sample in this study was 100 active students at the truggle Tasikmalaya University. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via the Google form. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis because it aims to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS 22 application. The results showed that online games had a negative and significant effect on student achievement at the truggle Tasikmalaya University by 43.8%, and the remaining 56.2% were influenced by other factors not taken into account in this study.
